Here's the rules.. follow them,
keep submitting. Break them once, site is declined. Continue
breaking them... lose submit status and have ALL sites deleted
from this site. If you're a serious free site builder, I highly
doubt any of these will be a problem.

| 1. **Free
Sites Only!** If you have just a gallery, submit here..

2. Free sites must have a minimum
of 20 pics. Sites with up to 30 images will be accepted. Over
30 will be declined.

| 3. No IP numbers. If you're
serious about this, buy a domain. |
| 4. No Freehosts at all. |
| 5. No Pop-ups, redirects or
other annoying tricks. |
| 6. Your site MUST have the
same title as the one you put in the submission form. Doesn't
matter if it is a graphic or a HTML heading, but it has to
be there.. and it CAN'T be linked to anything. |
| 7. 3 sponsor links per page!
If you have a moneybar, or links to your other sites on the
bottom of your pages, each link counts as a sponsor link! |
| 8. No FPAs before the content.
If I have to scroll to see the links to the links to the galleries,
it will be declined. |
| 9. No blind links. If it causes
me to click it thinking it's something else, it will be declined. |
| 10. **EXIT
links** Linking to something non-adult(ex. google,
yahoo or even a non-adult sponsor) will not be counted against
you, HOWEVER! If you link to ADULT sites as your exit, it
is an automatic decline. |
| 11. No pissing, fisting, or illegal
content. No sites with young adults that look of questionable
age. Don't use terms that imply the models are not of legal
age! Domain will be banned. |
| 12. Sponsor content is accepted at
the reviewer's discretion. This means if they've seen it repeatedly,
your site might be declined. |
12. Thumbs and larger images that
are blurry and pixelated will not be accepted. Screen Caps
will NOT be accepeted! Do not place images on html pages.

| 13. Webcam shots are accepted for
single cam girls ONLY and must be submitted to Sex Video category.
All other rules apply, or it will be declined. |
| 14. If you use templates (and we
all do), make sure to rotate them! Make up a bunch and alternate
with NEW content. Use it three times in a row, it will be declined. |
15. Return Recip Must be in place
prior to submitting and can't open in a new page. Do not bury
it under the enter button, and don't have it as the only one.
Being listed with other smaller linklists is fine, although
it's always nice to see a couple of the bigger names on the
same page.

| 16. Although we like to be on the
index page, we don't require it.However, it will be declined
if it's index38.html, main29.html, warning1004834.html, tpz-lor-smut-unic.html
etc.. |
| 17. **REJECT/ACCEPT
EMAILS** I have started sending these out again. If
your site is rejected for a reason other then breaking the
listed rules, you will get one notification and a chance
to re-submit. DO NOT reply to these emails. They will NOT
be viewed. If you have any questions, please contact me via
one of the webmaster boards on the left. |
18. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT
